Groceries open on Easter Monday?

Hey community,
We will be starting the MV route in Teruel this Saturday.
We expect to pass Bronchales on Monday and would like to stock up on food there.
I read that Easter Monday is not a holiday in all of Spain, and in Aragon it isn’t.
But to be sure: can we build on being able to buy food there next Monday?

You won’t have any problem in Bronchales, they mostly live ftom Tourists, so they will open… 😉
